In this role, you will participate in a structured, guided onboarding period designed to help you build confidence and competence in key areas, including:

Insurance fundamentals and client service support
Assisting brokers, agents, and claims teams
Handling inquiries, documentation, and policy-related tasks
Claims intake, investigation support, and file coordination
Administrative duties within a professional office environment
Regulatory awareness and ethical practices in insurance
