You don't need automotive sales experience. We'll train the right person.

Canada Custom Auto Works is looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our Calgary team. We're looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.

If you're already into cars, trucks, wheels, tires, lifted vehicles, lowered vehicles, 4x4s, or custom builds, that's a big bonus — but you don't need to be an expert.

We hire for attitude and train for knowledge.

We'll teach you about wheel fitment, tire sizing, suspension products, vehicle applications, quoting, and our sales systems. You bring the work ethic, personality, and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As part of our front-counter sales team, you'll help customers find the right products to customize and improve their vehicles.

Your day will include:

Greeting customers in-store and helping them with their vehicles
Answering phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Helping customers select wheels, tires, lift and levelling kits, lowering kits, suspension upgrades, and accessories
Learning wheel fitment, tire sizing, offsets, bolt patterns, and vehicle applications
Preparing quotes and sales orders
Explaining products and installation options to customers
Following up on quotes and sales leads
Recommending additional products and services when they make sense for the customer
Scheduling installation appointments and coordinating with our shop team
Processing invoices, payments, and customer transactions
Assisting with product availability and special orders
Keeping the showroom clean, organized, and looking great
Building relationships with customers and helping create an experience that brings them back

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE

Automotive experience is NOT required.

Experience in any of the following can be an asset:

Retail sales
Customer service
Hospitality
Cell phone/electronics sales
Sporting goods
Powersports
Automotive parts or service
Tire and wheel sales
Dealership sales or service

If you have the right attitude and people skills but don't have automotive experience, we still want to hear from you.

WHAT WE'LL TEACH YOU

You don't need to walk through the door knowing everything.

We'll help you learn:

Aftermarket wheels and wheel fitment
Tire sizing and applications
Bolt patterns, offsets, and hub sizing
Lift and levelling kits
Lowering kits and suspension upgrades
Aftermarket accessories
Product selection and vehicle applications
Quoting and sales processes
Our point-of-sale and inventory systems
How to confidently recommend the right products for our customers

The goal isn't just to teach you how to work the counter. We want to help you develop real automotive product knowledge and professional sales skills.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

$20–$24 per hour, based on experience
Performance-based commission on top of your hourly wage
