Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Populate subcontract invoices for Accounts Payable.
Review inventory adjustments and labor registrations for accuracy.
Assist with month-end reporting and month-end close activities.
Prepare customer reports, and banking confirmations.
Prepare operational scorecards and management reports.
Assist with inventory cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and inventory reconciliations.
Create, issue, receive, and maintain purchase orders.
Coordinate intercompany shipments of tooling and spare parts.
Assist with contract reviews and maintain related documentation.
Support internal and external audit requests.
Perform other accounting, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business, Office Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Previous experience in an accounting, administrative, manufacturing, or office support role is considered an asset.
Proficient with Office 365 platform – specifically Excel
Experience with ERP systems (PLEX) is considered an asset.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
