Responsabilités principals:

Diriger l'accueil et l'intégration des nouveaux courtier(ère)s immobilier(ère)s, incluant les visites de bureau et la présentation de l'équipe.
Configurer les nouveaux comptes de courtier(ère)s dans les systèmes de l'agence et traiter les documents de conformité requis (OACIQ, APCIQ et CANAFE).
Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du bureau, notamment la gestion des références, le maintien de l'affichage, l'entretien des équipements et le remplacement ponctuel des membres de l'équipe.
Effectuer des recherches et compiler les statistiques mensuelles du marché demandées par la direction.
Soutenir la direction dans la rédaction des annonces internes, la préparation des dossiers de recrutement, et la correspondance avec les organismes réglementaires.
Coordonner les réunions de vente et les événements de l'agence, en gérant la planification des invités, le service traiteur et la rédaction des comptes rendus.
Agir à titre de principal point de contact pour les courtier(ère)s en offrant un soutien administratif quotidien et une aide lors de l'adhésion aux chambres immobilières.
Fournir un soutien informatique continu et du dépannage technique pour aider les courtier(ère)s à utiliser les systèmes et outils internes.
Gérer les procédures de départ et de désactivation pour les courtier(ère)s sortant(e)s.

Compétences requises:

Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et grande attention au détail.
Connaissance des exigences OACIQ et CANAFE.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter les délais.
Communication professionnelle et collaboration efficace avec courtiers, dirigeants et notaires.
Discrétion, jugement professionnel et sens du devoir de confidentialité.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit

Expérience et formation:

Maîtrise des outils numériques de gestion électronique de documents, idéalement NexOne.
Bonne compréhension du cadre juridique du courtage immobilier au Québec.

Sotheby’s International Realty Québec is looking for a professional and client-driven Coordinator, Broker Support, with a friendly and enthusiastic personality to join our Montréal team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead onboarding for new real estate brokers, including office tours and team introductions.
Configure new broker accounts in agency systems and process OACIQ, APCIQ, and FINTRAC compliance paperwork.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing referrals, maintaining office displays, maintaining office equipment, and providing administrative coverage for team members.
Research and compile monthly market statistics requested by management.
Support leadership by drafting internal announcements, assembling recruitment files, and managing regulatory board correspondence.
Coordinate sales meetings and agency events, handling guest scheduling, catering, and post-meeting minutes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers by offering daily administrative assistance and board admission support.
Provide ongoing IT support and technical troubleshooting to help brokers navigate internal systems and tools.
Manage offboarding procedures for departing brokers.

Required Skills:

Strong rigor, organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of OACIQ and FINTRAC requirements.
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Professional communication and effective collaboration with brokers, managers, and notaries.
Discretion, sound professional judgment, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.

Experience and Education:

Proficiency with digital document-management tools, ideally NexOne.
Solid understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing real estate brokerage in Québec.
