Joignez-vous à l'équipe d'Évaluation et Gestion des risques chez JLL à titre d’Analyste et jouez un rôle essentiel dans la production d'analyses immobilières complètes pour nos clients. Vos responsabilités incluent la collecte et la vérification de données sur les propriétés, les tendances du marché et les indicateurs économiques, afin de participer à la mise à jour des bases de données exclusives de JLL. Ainsi, vous contribuerez à la préparation d'études de marché et de rapports en assurant la qualité et l'exactitude des données utilisées.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Effectuer des recherches exhaustives et recueillir des informations sur les nouveaux projets immobiliers, les caractéristiques des propriétés et données de location
Collecter, organiser et maintenir les données de marché immobilières, en veillant à ce que les bases de données de JLL demeurent à jour et exactes
Collaborer avec la direction locale pour créer des tableaux sommaires d’enquêtes de marché et participer à la préparation des études de marché
Faire preuve de réactivité en répondant rapidement aux demandes des parties prenantes et en respectant des échéances serrées dans un environnement dynamique
Soutenir l'équipe avec des tâches et responsabilités supplémentaires raisonnables assignées afin d'assurer une exécution fluide des projets
Qualifications requises :
1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial ou dans un autre secteur pertinent
Maîtrise démontrée de la suite Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows et Adobe Acrobat
Solide connaissance des thèmes clés et des tendances qui influencent les marchés financiers et l'investissement immobilier
Excellentes compétences en communication verbale, écrite et interpersonnelle avec souci du détail
Capacité éprouvée à s'adapter, à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter les échéances dans un environnement dynamique
Fortes compétences analytiques avec capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe
Capacité démontrée à maintenir la confidentialité, à exercer un jugement sûr et à travailler avec une supervision minimale
Qualifications préférées :
Formation collégiale en commerce, économie, administration des affaires, économie urbaine, planification urbaine ou géographie urbaine
Expérience avec des logiciels immobiliers tels qu'ARGUS Enterprise
État d'esprit proactif avec initiatives démontrées dans des rôles antérieurs
Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation développées dans le cadre d'expériences professionnelles antérieures

Analyst, Valuation & Advisory Services – JLL
What this job involves:
Join JLL's Valuation & Advisory Services team as an Analyst and play an essential role in delivering comprehensive real estate insights to our clients. Your responsibilities include collecting and verifying data on properties, market trends, and economic indicators to support the updating of JLL's databases. In doing so, you will contribute to the preparation of market studies and appraisal reports while ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data used.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Conduct comprehensive research and gather information on new real estate projects, property characteristics, and leasing data.
Collect, organize, and maintain real estate market data, ensuring JLL's databases remain current and accurate
Collaborate with local management to create market survey summary tables and participate in the preparation of market studies
Function with a sense of urgency, responding quickly to stakeholder requests and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Support the team with additional reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned to ensure seamless project execution
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate sector or other relevant industry
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows, and Adobe Acrobat
Strong knowledge of key themes and trends impacting capital markets and investment real estate
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to adapt, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
CEGEP or technical education diploma in business, economics, business administration, urban economics, urban planning, or urban geography
Experience with real estate software such as ARGUS Enterprise
Proactive mindset with demonstrated initiative in previous roles
Excellent time management and organizational skills developed through prior professional experience
Location: Montreal, hybrid
- Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
