Responsibilities:

Supervise food preparation activities including cutting, portioning, frying, and baking, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, assisting in training and development.
Assist in managing day-to-day kitchen operations utilizing Tacofino’s processes and systems, including inventory management , ordering supplies, and minimizing food waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Support creating exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food and hospitality.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of culinary experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong background in food preparation within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions and feedback.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and food safety practices.
Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to quality and growth.
