Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, along with familiarity with multi-line phone systems and data entry. The Front Desk Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry tasks accurately into various databases, including QuickBooks if applicable
Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Provide excellent customer service support by addressing questions and concerns professionally
Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy before distribution
Support office staff with clerical tasks to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or receptionist roles
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software
Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred but not required
Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a busy environment
Attention to detail with proofreading and typing accuracy
Prior experience in medical or dental office settings is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
