Waterfront RV Park – Eastern Ontario
Spend spring, summer and fall living in a beautiful, peaceful waterfront campground while earning guaranteed seasonal revenue. We are seeking an independent service provider (individual, couple, or small business) to provide guest services, groundskeeping, maintenance & repairs, cleaning and general campground operations from May through mid-October each year. This is a contractor opportunity, not an employee position.

Ideal Strengths:

· Be willing to respond to park needs outside of normal business hours and on weekends, holidays
Seasonal Contract Value
The service contract is worth approximately $18,000 ($25/hour equivalent) plus potential additional revenue opportunities. It is based on approximately 24 weeks of service, averaging 30 hours per week for a total of 720 hours over the season.
Option 1: Service Provider Brings Their Own RV

Explanation of each option:
Option 1: Get a seasonal site for your RV valued at $2700 plus hydro (estimated at $500), water, free WiFi = $3200 value, plus get paid $14,800. Total compensation package = $18,000. PLUS additional income from any services you offer to trailer owners within the park.
Option 2: Receive accommodations for two people in a modern, comfortable, air-conditioned RV the whole season including hydro, water, propane, Wi-Fi, BBQ = $6050 value($1100/month May-Oct 15), plus get paid $11,950. Total compensation package = $18,000. PLUS additional income from any services you offer to trailer owners within the park.
The contract budget remains the same whether services are provided by an individual, a couple, or a business that chooses to engage employees or subcontractors.
