Full-Time Sales Associate
Club Pilates - Leslieville

This is a performance-driven, commission-forward sales position within a fast-growing boutique fitness studio.

We are seeking a high-energy, confident sales professional who thrives on achieving targets, driving revenue, and converting prospective clients into committed members.

What You’ll Own

You will play a direct role in studio revenue growth and membership expansion.

Converting leads into long-term memberships
Conducting professional, high-energy studio tours and consultations
Maintaining consistent and strategic follow-up with warm and cold leads
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Driving private training and retail revenue
Tracking performance metrics and adjusting outreach accordingly
Executing our defined sales process with consistency and discipline

This role requires proactive outreach, structured follow-up, and confidence in guiding prospects toward a decision. Success comes from strong sales ability and the discipline to follow a proven sales system.

$18/hour base + uncapped commission on:
