Finance Manager – Cranbrook Kia

Cranbrook, BC

If you know how to structure a deal, build trust with lenders, maximize opportunity, and still deliver an exceptional customer experience, Cranbrook Kia wants to talk to you.

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team. This is a key role in our dealership, working closely with both our sales team and our customers to build strong deals, secure financing, and make the vehicle-buying process as smooth as possible.

This is not an entry-level finance position. Previous automotive Finance Manager experience is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the financial side of the customer experience from approval through delivery.

You will:

Structure finance and lease deals to meet both customer needs and dealership objectives
Work closely with banks, lenders, and financial partners to secure competitive approvals
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
Clearly explain financing terms, payment options, and available programs to customers
Present warranty, insurance, vehicle protection, and other applicable products in a professional and customer-focused way
Partner with the sales team to keep deals moving efficiently from the showroom to delivery
Ensure all contracts, disclosures, and documentation are accurate and complete
Maintain organized and audit-ready transaction records
Ensure all transactions comply with applicable provincial and federal requirements
Provide an exceptional experience that builds trust, repeat business, and referrals

What We’re Looking For

Automotive Finance Manager experience is required. This requirement is non-negotiable.

The right candidate will also bring:

A strong understanding of automotive lending, finance calculations, and deal structure
Proven ability to work effectively with banks and lending partners
Strong product presentation and sales skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment
Confidence using Dealer Management Systems and Microsoft Office
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
