Full job description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team in entry level general labourer positions.

Requirements:

Ability to read basic measuring instruments and carry out basic arithmetic operations
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift machinery and products (40-60lbs)
Prioritizes safety in the workplace

Schedule:

12 hour rotating shift schedule including overnight and weekend (example on Farnell Website)
Scheduled for 84 hours bi-weekly and rotate together with the same crew
Some overtime available depending on production demands

Compensation:

$20.93/hour starting rate, incrementally increasing to $22.65/hour when fully trained (1 year)

Job Duties:

Wrapping and moving skids of product
Removing product from machines
Quality checks
Reporting of any inefficiencies or safety issues
Supports the Shift Leader with the setup and operation of the machines
