School Bus Driver

Now hiring School Bus Drivers for the 2026 - 2027 school year. Train over the summer for a September start!

No Experience? Love to Drive? Enjoy Working with Children? Need a Flexible Part-Time Schedule? Available Monday to Friday?
If you answered Yes, to any of these questions, then STC might be the right place for you!

Student Transportation of Canada, is looking for new and experienced School Bus Drivers. If you have a Class-2B license, great! If you need help to get your Class-2B, we will train you for FREE!

What we Offer:

$24.64 - $24.99 per hour
Free license upgrades
Monday to Friday schedule
Holidays and summers off
Part-time, flexible employment (20-25 hours per week)
Make a positive difference in the lives of local children

What do School Bus Drivers do?

It's pretty simple, in the morning we pick up school aged passengers from predetermined locations and then deliver them to school. In the afternoon, we do the exact same thing, just in reverse order; we take them from school back home (once again at predetermined locations).

School Bus Drivers operate Monday - Friday, from September until the end of June...that's right, summers off. Depending upon your specific route, you could work anywhere from 7 am - 9:30 am then again in the afternoon from about 1pm - 4 pm.

Who can do this job?

As long as you are responsible adult and have at least a full class 5 driver's license (minimum 3 years), we can teach you how...for FREE!
