IT Assistant

The IT Assistant is responsible for supporting IT Team Head for effective provisioning, installation/configuration/trouble shooting, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.

Job Description:

Assist with IT planning, installation, testing/monitoring, and IT system setup/changes (including network administration, hardware/software maintenance, and email server administration)
Provides troubleshooting and maintenance of corporate banking information systems to enhance network effectiveness and efficiency
Help business operations utilize information systems to enhance work efficiency.
Responding to telephone calls, email requests, and personnel request on IT technical support.
Develop system programming for analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of system enhancements.
Manage and handle day-end process and reports distribution.
Other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualification:

2-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and cloud-based platforms.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience managing user accounts and permissions.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
Familiarity with VMware, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Oracle environments is considered an asset.
Working experience with T-SQL/PL/SQL scripting is a plus.
