Big country dental is hiring a new Dental Administrator under the new ownership of Mountain Dental Group!!!

Big Country Dental Care is currently seeking a highly organized and dedicated Dental Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The Dental Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinating the operations of the dental office. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong organizational skills, a collaborative working style and the ability to implement efficient systems and structures to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator/receptionist, Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook), Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments, Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities, Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy, Experience working with Dental practice management software, Able proficiently run A/R and production reports, Scheduling the staff hours, Running payroll and solve any troubleshooting of the office.

Wages willl be decided based on the experience.

This position is for an experienced candidate who is looking for a carrier hike. The experience of Dental Office Administration is as asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
