Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Edmonton and surrounding area

Job Overview

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager oversees the strategy, development, and execution of all marketing and communications campaigns. You will manage digital and traditional initiatives, elevate brand presence, drive targeted ad campaigns, build high-converting traffic to sales centres and showhomes, and maintain our web presence to support overall revenue goals.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

Developing and executing end-to-end strategic marketing plans across all multi-family and single-family developments.
Expertly building, updating, and managing website content, user experience, and SEO strategies.
Designing high-quality collateral, digital graphics, and promotional materials using the Adobe Creative Suite.
Producing, editing, and polishing video and photo assets for digital ads, social media, and website placement.
Creating, managing, and optimizing high-performing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to capture interest, generate leads, and boost showhome traffic.
Coordinating advertising campaigns (print, digital, signage, outdoor) while upholding strict Landridge Homes brand integrity.
Planning and managing special events, grand openings, and buyer engagement campaigns.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, marketing ROI, and lead conversion metrics.

A skilled designer & editor: highly proficient in turning visual concepts into polished, professional graphics and video assets.
An effective communicator: clear, creative, and persuasive across written, visual, and verbal channels.
An engaged listener: responsive to buyer insights and cross-functional team needs.
An analytical problem solver: data-driven in tweaking ads, capturing prospective buyer interest, and maximizing marketing results.

Essential Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Advanced, hands-on proficiency in website creation/management platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS).
Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
Proven track record as a digital advertising expert with demonstrated success managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Minimum 3 years of marketing management, graphic design, and content editing experience.
Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle access.
Clear criminal record check.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in new home residential construction or real estate marketing.

Working Conditions

Primary workplace is situated within the corporate office and active showhomes during standard business hours. Occasional evening or weekend work for events, along with frequent local travel to build sites and communities, will be required.
