Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead a culinary team and elevate the dining experience. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and team management, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. As the driving force behind our kitchen, you will inspire creativity, foster teamwork, and uphold exceptional food handling practices. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a vibrant, efficient, and welcoming culinary environment that delights our guests and supports the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, including sous chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all menu items.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to guarantee a safe dining environment.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Train team members on cooking techniques, recipe standards, and hospitality best practices to foster professional growth and development.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that complies with health codes and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced full service restaurant setting with a strong focus on culinary excellence.

Extensive food preparation and cooking skills techniques.
Demonstrated leadership experience with an understanding of restaurant operations from front to back of house.
Strong team management capabilities with leadership qualities that motivate staff and promote collaboration.
Knowledge of restaurant management principles including inventory control, cost management, and customer service standards.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures essential for maintaining compliance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, mentor, and lead diverse teams effectively.
