What You’ll Be Executing

Mastering Your Craft: Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for commercial properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and more.
Solving Complex Problems: Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues in commercial settings, pinpointing root causes, and delivering effective, long-lasting solutions.
Preventative Care: Performing routine maintenance to ensure the continued optimal performance of plumbing systems, minimizing downtime for clients.
Leading with Expertise: Staying compliant with local plumbing codes and safety regulations, keeping both our clients and our team safe and informed.
Collaborating and Conquering: Working closely with contractors, property managers, and team members to ensure timely, successful project completion, all while delivering top-notch customer service.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry tools, trends, and technologies to continuously enhance your skills and the services we provide.
Delivering Excellence: Responding promptly to service calls and emergencies, always striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

License / Level: Valid 306A Plumbing License OR 4th/5th Year Apprentice status preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with plumbing service and repairs.
Certifications: Valid certification in Backflow Prevention.
Assets: Gas or Oil Licenses are considered a strong asset.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and current regulations within the plumbing field.
Driving Requirement: Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer-focused attitude with excellent technical communication skills.
Work Style: Ability to perform efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team.
