PREVIOUS BUBBLE TEA BARISTA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and providing friendly service to our customers.

Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to standard recipes.
Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
Uphold the café’s standards for quality, presentation, and service.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is required.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A passion for boba culture and eagerness to learn about various beverages is a plus.
