We are currently looking for an energetic and hard-working individual to assist with the day to day operations for our busy office.

The Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for the following activities:

Process orders and manage accounts receivables and credit card payments
Accurately prepare invoices, quotes, packing slips
Handle inbound calls and responds to customers or redirects to Sales Department as required
Cultivate key customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
Up sell on new product opportunities.
Enter and update client information
Packaging orders and returns.
Coordinate with all office staff on Order fulfillment and Purchasing.
Manage daily shipping and receiving Couriers and arrange cost effective logistics procedures for shipping goods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years of related experience
Excellent computer skills, Windows, Excel, Etc.
Time management and punctuality
Strong interpersonal abilities with excellent written and oral communications skills
Knowledge of Simply Accounting

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
