We're expanding our manufacturing team and are hiring experienced Industrial Painters, Paint Prep Technicians, Spray Painters, Automotive Painters, Aircraft Painters, Aerospace Painters, Composite Technicians, Surface Preparation Technicians, Autobody Technicians, and Skilled Production Workers.
If you have experience preparing, sanding, masking, repairing, or painting parts in a manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, marine, fiberglass, or industrial environment, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Prepare metal and composite parts for painting
- Sand, mask, clean, repair, and finish components
- Apply primers, base coats, and top coats
- Operate spray guns and paint equipment
- Perform touch-ups and refinishing work
- Inspect painted components for quality
- Read and follow work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support production and manufacturing schedules
What We're Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Industrial painting
- Spray painting
- Paint preparation
- Surface preparation
- Sanding and masking
- Autobody repair
- Automotive painting
- Aircraft or aerospace painting
- Marine painting
- Fiberglass or composite repair
- Gel coat or refinishing
- Powder coating
- Manufacturing or production
- Skilled labour
Experience using spray equipment is considered a strong asset, but candidates with extensive paint preparation, sanding, masking, refinishing, or surface preparation experience are also encouraged to apply.
