Full job description

Tone-Gar Security Services has a need for a security guard to work at the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital in Goderich.

Responsibilities

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points. Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior. Controls traffic by directing drivers. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Including all other orders laid out in the site-specific post orders.

Qualifications

The position requires a minimum one-year, continuous security guard employment from a licensed Ontario security firm. The candidate should possess a Valid/Current Ontario Security Guard License, CPR-First Aid, Level C certification.

Up to date immunization records are a requirement of this position.

Completion of the below Citation Canada training modules:
-AODA Customer Service Standards Training Completion Certificate
-WHMIS Training Completion Certificate
-Understanding Human Rights Training Completion Certificate
-Workplace Violence and Harassment Training for Employees Completion Certificate
-Information and Communications Standards and Employment Standards Training Completion Certificate
-Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers – Ontario Completion Certificate
