We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being for our clients. Your expertise will help create a calming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for, contributing to their physical and mental health. Responsibilities

Provide professional massage therapy treatments including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients’ specific needs
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapies
Educate clients on pain management techniques and self-care practices
Maintain detailed treatment records and document client progress accurately
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client outcomes and support occupational health initiatives

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing board or regulatory body
Proven experience in patient service, customer service, and patient assessment
Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
Experience working in a med spa or similar wellness environment is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to client care
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism
