Bartender/Server Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Delivers exceptional service, provides menu recommendations, and crafts high-quality cocktails, wine, and beer in a fast-paced environment.
Bar Operations: Independently opens/closes the bar, manages inventory, restocks supplies, and maintains a clean, sanitary area.
Compliance: Strictly adheres to alcohol laws, verifies identification, and monitors consumption to ensure safety.
POS Management: Processes payments, manages cash drawers, and handles multiple, complex orders/tabs simultaneously.
Teamwork: Supports food servers and kitchen staff during high-volume, peak hours.
