Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our property management operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient data handling, and exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will help maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams, contributing to the overall success of our property portfolio. Duties

Manage property management software systems such as Yardi to update tenant records, lease information, and maintenance requests accurately.
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records for all property-related documents.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills.
Assist in lease negotiations and renewals, supporting the sales process with effective communication and negotiation tactics.
Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, tenants, vendors, and contractors through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
Support office operations by managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative duties to ensure efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience with property management software such as Buildium, Yardi or similar platforms.
Strong office experience with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous administrative experience in real estate or property management is highly preferred.
Knowledge of property management practices including lease administration and maintenance coordination.
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to handle data entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Effective negotiation skills to support lease agreements and vendor interactions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
