What you’ll do:
Administrative Support for Sales
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the sales team and support client onboarding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries to ensure seamless communication.
- Track sales metrics and generate performance reports for leadership.
- Develop sales proposals, contracts, and presentations while coordinating client meetings and communications.
- Assist all departments as needed with administrative functions
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Site mobilization: Prepare travel documents, VISAs, PPE, and site-specific training (ISOS) for personnel deployments.
- Travel & logistics: Coordinate employee travel bookings and provide concierge support for incoming visitors.
Operations & Logistics assisting Spares team as needed
- Process customer inquiries and prepare detailed quotes using ERP systems, historical data, and established pricing formulas.
- Assist with the full quote-to-invoice cycle, including follow-ups and final billing.
Additional Qualifications and Skills:
- Technical savvy: Advanced MS Office skills
- Communication & service: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills with a strong focus on internal and external customer relationships.
- Self-management: Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal direction.
- Teamwork & problem solving: Collaborative team player capable of solving complex problems and following detailed work instructions.
- Growth mindset: Quick to learn internal processes and interested in joining the Burlington JHSC.
What you’ll bring:
- High school diploma or college certificate in administration
- 1-2 years office or clerical experience (part-time, co-op, internship)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and learn quickly
- Self-starter with a good team spirit
REEL Aluminium is located in Burlington, Ontario, and offers a competitive compensation ($48 000 to
