Full job description

Position Overview

The Marketing Assistant will support brand development, digital marketing initiatives, and overall market expansion efforts.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in the renewable energy and mobility sectors within a startup environment. The position offers flexible arrangements and is suitable for students or professionals seeking part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of branding and marketing campaigns
Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, product sheets, promotional videos)
Assist in organizing trade shows and marketing events
Monitor data analysis (such as views and conversion rates) to optimize operational strategies.
Cross-border cooperation, contact KOL/KOC and industry media for joint promotion to expand brand influence.

Qualifications

Required

College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3 years of marketing experience (strong recent graduates will be considered)
Familiarity with social media management and basic digital advertising
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
Strong written communication skills in English and highly sensitive to data
Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment
Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred

Experience in renewable energy, electric mobility, or technology product marketing
Video editing or content creation skills
Bilingual (English / Mandarin)
