As Pearle continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to help shape how our brands come to life across every guest touchpoint. Based at our Burlington Head Office and reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for leading the development and execution of creative assets that support our portfolio of hospitality, golf, spa, dining, and event brands.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Marketing team, the Graphic Designer will translate business and brand priorities into compelling visual communications that strengthen awareness, engagement, and commercial performance. This role combines strategic thinking with strong creative execution, bringing ideas to life across digital, print, on-property environments, campaigns, social media, and emerging channels.
The successful candidate will bring a proven background in either an in-house or agency environment, along with the ability to confidently lead design from concept through production/digital execution. They will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail and commitment to brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Brand Execution
- Lead and execute assigned design projects within established brand standards and style guidelines across print, digital, social, menus, ads, and other physical venue environments
- Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning Develop rough layouts, mockups, and final production-ready artwork files
- Adapt and evolve existing creative assets while maintaining consistency
Production & Asset Management
- Oversee print checks and ensure proper file preparation across traditional and digital media specifications
- Manage digital asset organization and maintain best-in-class file management practices
Organizational Support & Collaboration
- Support company-wide design needs, including presentations, trade materials, signage, internal communications, and event collateral
Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to ensure content remains relevant and contemporary
- Stay on top of global graphic design, video, and related aesthetic trends and technologies, bringing luxury creative insight to Pearle's brands
What You Bring
- 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house brand or agency environment
- Some hotel, restaurant, or related industry design experience strongly preferred; experience designing for a multi-location or multi-client business experience strongly preferred
- A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work and brand storytelling
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, CC Libraries), Figma & Canva
- Strong typography and layout expertise
- Strong photo retouching skills
- Some video design/editing experience preferred (for reels, etc); training can be required for the right candidate otherwise
- Print production skills an asset
- Familiarity with emerging design tools (including AI-based platforms) are assets
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capability
- Highly detail-oriented with uncompromising quality standards
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for hotels, restaurants and spas a strong plus!
- Any hospitality industry related work experience (even outside of design) always a nice bonus

This position is open to candidates based in Canada. The salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on several factors, such as experience, location, and education.
