Full job description

Evolve Health & Wellness in Hamilton is seeking a Naturopathic Doctor to join our multi-disciplinary team to work along side our current Naturopathic Doctor as well as RMT's, chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychotherapists and osteopaths. We are a patient centered integrative healthcare clinic dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-informed care in a collaborative and welcoming environment. Our team values clinical excellence, compassionate patient relationships, and a whole-person approach to healthcare.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to build a rewarding practice and a long-term career with us. We offer:

Flexibility with schedule (Saturdays and at least one evening are required)

Fantastic admin support for insurance billing and scheduling (you provide exceptional patient care and record-keeping, and we deal with all the other stuff!);

Clinical Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough naturopathic assessments and collect detailed health histories
Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans based on each patient's health goals and clinical needs
provide patient centered care and education
monitor patient progress and modify when needed
Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare providers when appropriate
Provide appropriate follow-up care and ongoing patient support.

Qualifications:

Registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario;
Ability to develop effective relationships with clients and co-workers;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Able to maintain complete and detailed treatment notes
PRESCRIBING LICENSE REQUIRED
