Offering heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services, we ensure every aspect of a project is seamlessly coordinated. Our goal is to make our customers experience as smooth and efficient as possible.

Your Opportunity!

Durand Heating & Cooling is recruiting for a Permanent Full-Time Project Manager - HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical to join our company in Hensall. In this role, you will oversee multiple construction and service projects, from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project schedules and coordinate daily activities
Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and milestones are met
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
Schedule and coordinate permits and inspections
Track project costs, budgets, profitability, and forecasts
Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
Communicate with customers, consultants, general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Coordinate field operations and support technicians
Oversee shop organization and inventory to ensure materials and equipment are readily available
Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

2–5+ years of project management experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical construction
Strong understanding of construction practices and mechanical/electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
Valid Driver's Licence
