Earn a solid income maintaining our current rental fleet and customers while building new relationships and new customers in the Greater Toronto Area, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo Region & Moncton, NB.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. The Branch Manager will be responsible for implementing process improvements, supervising staff, and fostering a positive work environment to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities.
Manage, motivate, and supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote business growth.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance operational productivity.
Coordinate project management activities across departments to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Drive business development efforts through networking, outreach, and market analysis.

Experience

Proven experience in sales or business development with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue streams.
Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Leadership experience in supervising teams or managing staff in a fast-paced environment.
Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and execute effectively.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead a team toward achieving operational excellence while fostering growth opportunities within the organization.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
