Job Description – Manufacturing Team Member (Night Shift / Evening Shift )

Position Title: Manufacturing Team Member (Multiple Departments)

Location: Morrisburg, Ontario (In-person only)

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 40–50 hours per week (Overtime paid after 40 hours)

Shift: Night Shift/ Evening Shift Only

SHIFT ONE NIGHT SHIFT : 3:00pm - 1:00am Monday to Thursday.

SHIFT TWO EVENING SHIFT : 11:00pm - 7:00am Sunday to Thursday.

SHIFT ONE OVERTIME Only: 3:00pm - 8:00pm Fridays (5 hrs.)

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our night shift team as Manufacturing Team Members across several departments. This is a hands-on role involving the operation of tools and machinery, adherence to safety and quality standards, and teamwork within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain hand tools safely and efficiently.
Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to required specifications.
Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Ensure all products meet company quality standards.
Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
Work cooperatively with fellow team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with basic hand tools.
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform labour-intensive tasks requiring physical strength, hand–eye coordination, and endurance.
Capacity to remain focused and attentive to detail for extended periods.
