Full job description

Company Overview

ALLWELD Manufacturing Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company specializing in the design, fabrication, and servicing of petroleum tankers and related equipment. With a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and motivated Aluminum Welder to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality aluminum welding, fabrication, and repair work.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Operate a variety of welding and fabrication tools safely and effectively.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in aluminum welding and fabrication.
Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding processes with aluminum.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of proper safety practices in a fabrication shop environment.
Red Seal or CWB welding certification (asset, but not required).
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
