Full job description

This posting will remain open until August 12th, 2026, or until the position has been filled.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Language: English (written and spoken) Bilingualism is an asset.
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferably in a manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of papermaking is an asset.
Strong leadership skills and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Continuously seek opportunities for freight reduction with existing business and target new business with more competitive freight.
Support marketing and sales strategies by providing detailed market information to mill management, customer service, and others within the marketing group in regular reports.
Engage in regular communication with current and potential customers through email, phone calls, video conference and in-person visits.
Manage all secondary sales.
Provide customers with price and delivery quotations and make follow-up calls to turn inquiries into orders.
Provide effective order fulfillment services to ensure customers’ needs are fully met in terms of quality, service, and on-time delivery objectives.
Enter and maintain reliable information in the order fulfillment system.
Manage inventory programs, by reporting traffic / shipping, warehousing and handling costs accurately.
Prepare reports and statistics by planning forecasts one month in advance, summarizing sales orders or analyzing customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve the order fulfillment process and system by enhancing work processes, developing reports, and troubleshooting everyday operational issues to offer optimal customer service.
Provide backup for other Customer Service or Sales Representatives of absence or workflow.
