The Opportunity:
We're looking for a graphic designer to join us on an 18-month contract, covering a parental leave on our creative team. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Creative, you'll support and collaborate on the design execution across our four core channels: Paid Media, Email and Retention marketing, website and organic social; ensuring we're bringing to life a cohesive visual story across all of our touch points.
We need someone who lights up at the thought of design, someone eager to experiment, quick to try new ideas, and inspired by great ads, emails, and social posts to create their own spin. Someone who understands that the best-performing creative feels platform-native, authentic, human, culturally relevant, and a little unexpected. Someone who believes playful and elevated aren't opposites and who creates work that actually connects with the audience.
What You'll Do:
- Design weekly high-performing ad creative for paid across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
- Support our social team with platform native content: TikTok Shop assets, creator-adjacent and UGC-style edits, as well as supporting on organic content graphics as needed.
- Partner with our email specialist to design weekly campaign emails, product launch sends, and community placements. While supporting A/B testing initiatives by designing creative variants that help identify what drives opens, clicks, and purchases.
- Design and maintain web assets including banners, icons, PDPs, and landing pages that enhance user experience, support campaign goals and seasonal priorities while keeping the brand consistent and considered across every placement.
- Create engaging, conversion-focused landing pages that drive user interaction and purchases.
- Collaborate with the creative director and design team to ensure brand representation, cohesiveness, playfulness and consideration shows up across the full-funnel whether it's a paid ad, an email, a PDP, or an organic post.
- Use performance data (CTR, ROAS, engagement) to sharpen creative decisions and iterate quickly on what's working.
- Support packaging, print, and the occasional retail asset as needed
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of design experience, with proven examples in performance and marketing creative for DTC or ecommerce brands.
- A portfolio that shows both conversion-driving social and paid work, email experience and a strong eye for brand.
- Genuine understanding of both trending social content and direct ads, and how to apply them to different channels and formats.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; comfort with motion graphics or animation is a big plus
- A self-starter who moves fast, takes feedback well, and prefers shipping to over-polishing
- Bonus: print and packaging experience, and a soft spot for design that's better for the planet without making a big deal about it
Salary Range:
$65,000-$80,000 CAD
