Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper/Server, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming environment for guests and ensure exceptional service. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest accommodations while also providing attentive food and beverage service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to memorable experiences that keep our guests coming back. This paid position offers a unique opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a lively, supportive setting.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
Serve food and beverages to guests in designated areas with promptness and professionalism.
Assist with setting up dining areas, clearing tables, and maintaining a tidy environment throughout service hours.
Follow safety protocols during cleaning and food service activities, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and food items.
Respond courteously to guest requests or concerns, providing solutions that enhance their experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across housekeeping and hospitality functions.

Experience

Knowledge of hospitality standards ensures consistent delivery of quality service.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules is essential for success in this role.
