WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Fit Body Boot Camp, we deliver high-energy group personal training experiences focused on results, accountability, and community.
You’ll coach sessions independently and alongside other coaches while helping members:
- Improve movement quality and exercise form
- Build strength, confidence, and consistency
- Stay motivated and accountable
- Push safely and effectively
- Celebrate milestones and wins
This role also includes:
- Member accountability and goal-setting
- Milestone celebrations and community engagement
- Reaching out to absent members (MIA calls/messages)
- Social media and marketing content creation
- Supplement education
- Weekly team meetings and ongoing training
- Supporting nutrition coaching and healthy lifestyle foundational habits
- Opportunities to grow into nutrition coaching and small group coaching leadership roles

SCHEDULE
Coaching blocks are a mix of morning, mid-morning, and evening shifts throughout the week, plus occasional Saturday mornings.
Some schedule flexibility is available depending on the candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Personal Training Certification
- Group Fitness Coaching Experience
- CPR/AED Certification
