Capital Southern Transportation is a family-owned company with over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry. What began in 1985 as a small brokerage in Kitchener, Ontario has grown into a full-service logistics operation supporting cross-border freight across Canada and the U.S.

Capital Southern Transportation is currently looking for an experienced AZ Company Drivers to join our growing team. If you’re a professional driver who takes pride in safety, reliability, and customer service—we want to work with you.

What We Offer

Competitive, consistent miles U.S. cross-border freight paid weekly
Average 10,000 – 12,000 miles per week.
Supportive dispatch and safety team

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight and cargo across designated routes
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
Troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle operational readiness
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws

What you Bring

Valid AZ License
Minimum 3+ years highway driving experience
Clean CVOR & abstract, CRC
Ability to cross the border (FAST card an asset)
Strong knowledge of HOS (Canada & U.S.)
Professional attitude and communication
Well-maintained tractor - Must pass pre-qualification inspection
