As Brock Solutions continues to grow, we need to add talent to our base of outstanding professionals. We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team of experienced professionals at our Kitchener, ON head office location. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize solutions that improve service delivery, IT operations, and customer experiences.
This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, development best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Compensation range: $60-80k
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow applications, integrations, and platform enhancements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI, business rules, security rules, and scripts
- Configure Employee Center experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub
- Perform platform upgrades, testing, patching and ongoing system administration tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules including ITSM and CSM
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test plans
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Qualifications Required:
- 1-3+ years of experience implementing, managing, documenting, and troubleshooting ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
- Experience with ServiceNow security concepts, roles, ACLs, and data management
- Experience with REST web services and third party integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM and ITSM
- Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow Next Experience solutions, including UI Builder, Customer Service Workspace and Service Operation Workspace
- Proficient with Python scripting and PowerShell
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Azure DevOps
- Experience with AI prompting
