Due to strong growth over the past 18-24 months, we are expanding our team and hiring two experienced Senior Executive Assistants in an in office capacity our Guelph Head Office Location. This position is for the Real Estate Development Unit of Huron Corp.

These are full time permanent track positions reporting directly to the Principal / Managing Director.
About the Role
We are looking for seasoned professionals with significant administrative experience who want stability and the opportunity to build a meaningful long-term career. Successful candidates will become trusted members of our team and take on increasing responsibility as the firm continues to grow.
The ideal candidates are self starters and critical thinkers. They are highly organized; self directed and take full ownership of administrative systems. You will serve as the central coordinating force and the reliable administrative anchor who keeps the directors schedules, files, projects, and external stakeholders running smoothly and in real time.
Experience in an administrative or operations role within Real Estate Sales / Deal Coordination, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Law, Urban Planning, or Mortgage Financing is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all files, documents, and records both digitally and physically, ensuring electronic and hard copy filing is completed in real time
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and development related documents
- Manage DocuSign workflows for electronic signatures and document tracking
- Prepare daily and weekly checklists for the directors and deliver a clear written weekly summary of completed work and outstanding items
- Provide professional support to internal teams, consultants, municipal staff, and external clients
- Support special projects as needed with flexibility and initiative
- Manage and maintain multiple executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Asana, and Egnyte
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with accuracy and foresight
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of proven administrative or clerical experience in a professional office environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Egnyte or similar document management platforms and DocuSign
- Experience with Asana and Sage is a strong asset
- Distinguished organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High typing speed, strong data entry accuracy, and precise proofreading ability
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism

Ontario Experience Previous exposure to Ontario real estate development or municipal processes is helpful but not required. We are happy to provide training and support.
