Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this dynamic role, you will craft delicious beverages, serve food with enthusiasm, and deliver exceptional customer service that keeps guests coming back. Your lively attitude and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our patrons, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Squirrel POS, ensuring timely delivery to guests
Provide friendly, attentive service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities, while maintaining accuracy in math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food handling standards and safety protocols
Assist in setting up the bar for service, restocking supplies, and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience that emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; experience in bartending or serving roles is highly valued
Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests effectively
Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and accurate transaction processing
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Hospitality background or food service experience is a plus; willingness to learn new skills is appreciated
