We are currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for overnight front desk operations (11PM - 7AM), guest services, and completing the nightly audit. Note: This position may include weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing and consolidating departmental ledger accounts
Prepare daily hotel operating and audit reports
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner at all times
Answer the main switchboard and respond to guest inquiries
Take and accurately process reservations in the PMS system
Check guests in and out efficiently
Handle guest concerns and complaints with a problem-solving mindset
Perform cash handling, cash-out, and clerk balancing reports
Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, can-do attitude

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience preferred but not required (minimum 1 year an asset)
Front desk or reservations experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) is an asset
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently during overnight shifts
Team-oriented, professional, and reliable
