We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support our Purchasing team.

What You Will Do

Create and issue purchase orders accurately and on time
Communicate with vendors on order confirmations and updates
Coordinate inbound freight shipments, ensuring competitive freight rates and required customs paperwork
Track open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers, as well as communicate delivery schedules to internal stakeholders
Coordinate and manage vendor returns from initiation through resolution
Maintain and update master data related to purchasing and inventory in the system
Support the team with quotes, data collection, and reporting

Your Experience

2+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with vendors and internal teams
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency with Excel and computer systems; ERP experience is an asset
