Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Ramen Cook/Tapas Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves preparing authentic ramen dishes, creating flavorful tapas, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent kitchen skills, and a strong commitment to food safety and hospitality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively restaurant environment where quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook ramen dishes and tapas according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Follow proper food safety procedures at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage
Assist with general restaurant cleaning duties to uphold a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred, especially with cooking or food preparation roles
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
Experience with cooking ramen, tapas, or similar cuisine is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong cleaning skills and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
Flexibility to work during restaurant hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Hospitality experience or background in hotel service is advantageous but not required

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
