About Us

Take 5 Oil Change is one of the fastest-growing quick lube companies in Canada. At our Lindsay location, we’re building a team of motivated and reliable individuals who want to grow in the automotive service industry. As a Lower Bay Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional service.

Responsibilities

Safely drain and replace engine oil.
Inspect, replace, and properly torque oil filters.
Perform undercarriage services, including drain plug checks, rustproofing/undercoating, and assisting with transmission services.
Partner with the Upper Bay Technician to complete verification and double-check procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following Take 5 standards.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and accurate service.

Qualifications

Previous automotive, mechanical, or quick-lube experience preferred (minimum 2 years).
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Physically able to work in lower bay conditions (bending, reaching, lifting).
Willingness to continue learning and grow into advanced roles.
