Full job description

Enrich Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced framing helper to join our crew on a framing project in Ingersoll, Ontario. Temporary position, approximately 8 weeks, starting roughly July 15th. This is non-union work.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting framers with wall, floor, and roof framing
Carrying and staging materials (lumber, sheathing, joists)
Measuring, cutting, and fastening
Keeping the site clean, organized, and safe

What we're looking for:

Minimum 6 months hands-on framing experience required — this is not a general labourer position
Confident with framing tools, measurements, and following layouts
Comfortable with physical, outdoor work and able to lift heavy materials
Safety boots and own transportation to site preferred

Show up on time, every day, ready to work
Clean and sober on site — no alcohol, no drugs
No slacking, no nonsense, no drama
This is a legit, on-the-books job — paid by cheque/e-transfer, no cash

Pay: Top dollar for the right person — we pay well for hard work and reliability.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
