Full job description

Westgate Honda has an opportunity for a full-time Receptionist/Appointment Coordinator to join our family-owned and operated dealership. The Receptionist/Appointment Coordinator is responsible for assisting both the Sales and Service Departments with administrative duties, greeting and directing customers, appointment scheduling, returning phone calls, etc. Westgate Honda is looking for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about building relationships with our customers and other staff.

Job Duties (Sales Department):

Greet customers at our premises and over the phone in a prompt and professional manner, transferring them to the correct department.
Check voicemail in a timely manner.
Ensure the front desk is kept clean and organized.
Add and modify customers in different CRM. Fill out the floor traffic log.
Add and delete keys on the key board. Assist with stocking in new vehicles.
Assist with licensing and ownership duties.
Follow reception - closing tasks.
Assist the accounting department with filing, scanning, etc.
Other tasks as assigned.

Job Duties (Service Department):

Answer phone calls for the service department.
Reply to text messages or call backs from service customers in a timely manner.
Schedule service appointments.
Other tasks as assigned.

Successful Candidates:

Must be available days, evenings and Saturdays.
Possess experience in a Receptionist/Administrative front-desk role.
Possess exceptional telephone etiquette and listening skills.
Must have strong computer skills and understanding of technology and programs.
Must have the ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
With experience working in a car dealership will be strongly considered.
