Position Overview:

Are you a skilled and experienced Roofer who is tired of the back & knee breaking of traditional roofing and would like to use your roofing skills for a more rewarding and less physical position? If so, we have an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a CREW LEADER! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in roofing, possesses heights certification, and hold a valid WHIMIS certification. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking company at the forefront of roofing innovation.

Responsibilities:

Ability to work with pressure washer type equipment on roofs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Perform roof inspections and identify potential issues.
Ability to perform small roofing problems such as caulking and flashing.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Posses a strong ability to communicate effectively with homeowners.
Handy with the ability to troubleshoot any minor mechanical issues.

Requirements:

Responsible and reliable! You will be a Crew Leader!
WHMIS Certification.
Working at Heights Certification.
Valid Drivers License and Clean Abstract.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient with technology.
Caulking and sheet metal experience.
Willing to train other crew members as we grow.
