Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing and property management operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. As a Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing occupancy rates, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing processes.

Arete Holdings Group LTD specializes in creatively locating, securing, and acquiring real estate investment opportunities. Our approach includes consulting with investors, uncovering opportunities others might overlook, and leveraging advanced systems and expertise to maximize every transaction. We are committed to creating value for vendors, partners, and our team.

Duties

Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available properties and conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions using property management software being Buildium.
Foster strong relationships with tenants through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to address tenant concerns promptly and ensure properties are well-maintained.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about rental trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
Train and mentor leasing staff on best practices in customer relationship management, data entry, and office operations.

Skills

Proven experience in property management with a strong understanding of leasing processes.
Proficiency in property management software such as Buildium is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and prospective clients.
Strong sales skills with a track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements.
Detail-oriented with exceptional data entry abilities for maintaining accurate records.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with tenants and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
