Full job description

Zhang Law Professional Corporation is a real estate law firm located at the convenient intersection of Steeles and Woodbine Avenue in Markham, Ontario. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Junior-Entry Legal Assistant to join our team. No previous experience required. Willing and enthusiastic to work.

Responsibilities:

Receiption and Banking.
Opening files, data entry, filing, scheduling meetings, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and distributing email.
Other administrative duties to support the team.

Skills:

Attention to details.
Basic computer skills and inter-personal skills.
Willing to learn and love work.

Language:

Fluency in both English and Mandarin. (Required)

Compensation will be offered based on skills and experiences.
