Dispatch and communicate with drivers, airlines, and service partners.
Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery.
Ensure customs documentation and shipment data are accurate.
Respond quickly to delays, service issues, and customer requests.
Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
Maintain accurate records and update transportation management systems.
Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Requirements:

Previous logistics, dispatch, freight forwarding, or transportation experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable making decisions under pressure.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; transportation/logistics software is an asset).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping is an asset.
